Traci Shell - Secretary

I’ve been on the Board since 2007,  as member at large and then in 2010 accepted the Secretary position. Responsibilities as a Board Secretary is planning our MPA conferences, assisting with the Golf outing, the voting process (electronic voting) and taking minutes for our Board meetings.

I have worked in the Parking Industry since 1999 at the City of Lansing.  I was hired as a Customer Service Representative moving my way through the Parking Office as a Permit Coordinator, then a couple of years later I became the Operations Supervisor in 2002.  In 2012 I became the Interim Parking Manager through 2018 then I moved back to the Operations Supervisor position and plan on retiring from this position.
