Kevin Bopp - Associate Member

KEVIN is the CEO at Park Rite, a full-service parking management and consulting firm located in metropolitan Detroit. Along with supporting the company’s asset management team, Kevin’s primary responsibilities include pre-development planning, EV charging implementation, technology integrations, and connected mobility programs. Along with noteworthy accounts like University of Michigan, the City of Royal Oak, and Somerset Collection, Park Rite co-directs operations for the Detroit Smart Parking Lab (DSPL). This unique facility is dedicated to innovation and for real-world testing of parking/mobility related technologies, logistics, and electric vehicle charging. Having spent over 20 years in commercial real estate with firms like Bedrock Detroit, Kevin also led deployment of several "first-in-kind" Autonomous Vehicle (AV) and Transportation Demand Management (TDM) programs. A Michigan native, Kevin studied Urban Planning and Business at Michigan State University.
