Hal King - Member at Large

Hal King is the Parking Manager for the City of Lansing, MI. Hal has been in the parking industry for over 37 years, working for both municipalities and private companies. He managed on-street parking systems in Milwaukee, WI, and Albany, NY. He oversaw parking enforcement for Evanston, IL, and Louisville, KY. He also operated parking for the Bradley Center (former home of the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks) and was Executive Director for both the Springfield, MA and Albany, NY Parking Authorities. In Hollywood, FL, he oversaw four garages and all facets of on-street parking. Hal received his CAPP certification in 2011, currently serves as Chair of the CAPP Certification Board, and has been a member of the IPMI Technology Committee since 2009.
