With over three decades of experience in parking and transportation management, coupled with a solid foundation from Tennessee State University, Damon has established himself as a seasoned leader in the industry. His journey began in the healthcare sector, where he dedicated over two decades to refining skills in managing parking and external patient transportation services, particularly within the demanding environment of healthcare facilities.

Throughout his tenure in healthcare, Damon showcased exceptional leadership abilities, spearheading initiatives to centralize automated parking systems, optimize revenue streams, and enhance overall service efficiency. His role extended beyond mere operational management, as he actively engaged in strategic planning, budget development, and vendor negotiations, contributing significantly to the success of a multi-hospital system.

Transitioning from healthcare during the pandemic, he’s spent nearly five years in academia as an owner-operator at Wayne State University, bringing a wealth of practical experience and managerial acumen to educational institutions. This phase of his career allows him to explore new avenues of leadership and innovation, applying his expertise to create an environment conducive to learning and growth.  Facilitating state of the art upgrades to parcs operations along with mobility options to the university community.
